Sunset

The sunset was so early last night. It was barely 4:00 in the afternoon!  That is why I don’t like daylight savings time to end! But, there was a bright side. Look how beautiful it was.

This is a picture I took off of our deck of Mt. Spokane, which is to the northeast of us.  The light from the setting sun was bouncing across the sky to the clouds surrounding the mountains. God‘s majesty displayed for all to see!

I hope these short daily posts aren’t boring to you all. I’m rather enjoying it!

“The heavens declare the glory of God;  the skies proclaim the work of his hands.” Psalm 19:1

Blessings,
Betsy

  3. What a beautiful picture!! I like the time change...because I leave for work a little before 7 a.m. - now there is a bit of light in the sky! Fletch hates the dark afternoons, but I enjoy them and we eat by candlelight at night.

  6. Thanks for sharing the pretty sunset! The skies do declare for me the work of HIs hands! I saw a pretty sunset a few days ago, but today is rainy and it just went from gloomy to dark! Saturday a family saw the house and made an offer. The next afternoon we countered and they accepted our counter so the house sale is pending the rest of the process! I am grateful to God!

  8. Im anticipating being unsettled This winter. That is not normal. Im seeng my doc and I have started to meditate. I want to enjoy each day without constant plans. When I feel well, this is easy for me to do. When I am anxious, it is not too easy. I'm appreciating your prayers Betsy!!!!! and I am enjoying my charity hat knits, inspired by you and others.
