I agree about daylight savings, but it is nice this morning having an extra hour before church. I'm sitting here with a head full of hot curlers and a hot cup of coffee enjoying that extra hour. I could use one everyday, LOL. Have a sweet day. Connie :)
We do not change clocks here, but I definitely do not like that it gets dark so early now. Sunset is 5 pm and by 7 pm it seems like it should be bedtime. Kitty sure looks cozy on that lovely blanket.
I wish it would stay this way year round and not go forward in the Spring. I am tired today but that is nothing new. Tomorrow will be tough for all my little ones. Have a good day Betsy.
I'm not a fan of changing the clock and apparently it's not good for our health either. But we're merely pawns of the powers that be so change it we must. ((hugs)), Teresa :-)
Betsy, The darker afternoons are a blessing to me. This time of year is damp rainy dismay and gray. The sooner the sun sets, the less affected i am by the dreary view. I so miss my porch rightnow. I miss the levity of summer. It has been a difficult transition in the past month, but your prayers are helping!
I like going backwards an hour than setting forward. I'd like it left one way or the other. I'm ready to sleep soon...tired and need to clean a bit of the kitchen too. Still no time for a blog post but I'm working on it...hopefully tomorrow! hugs!
So sweet to visit with you, sweet friend! We don't have internet for a while, so I am having a hard time keeping up. I love your beautiful afghan! God bless you and keep you always!

ReplyDeleteWe changed ours back last week, so we got an extra hour which was nice to relax before Church.
ReplyDeleteMe too, Betsy..... Now --with this time change, it gets dark by 4:00/4:30.... I hate it!!!!
ReplyDeleteGlad you had such a great trip to Nebraska ..... Can't believe that you saw snow all around you. Glad you made it home safe and sound....
