Pumpkin Patch
Last Saturday we went to the pumpkin patch with Jeremy, Alicia, Kale and Hayden. It was a gorgeous day. This Saturday it’s raining, cold and the leaves are all gone.
There is a nice little store.
I bought pumpkin butter that is delicious.

I was so surprised that this was a good year for pumpkins. It was so hot and wet that I thought for sure we'd have a shortage. Instead they were all beauties. I had a hard time picking the one I wanted.

I'm so glad you have that nice family in your lives. I loved that gift shop where you went.. it had some really neat galvanized pumpkins. Do you mind sharing the name of it? We didn't get to a pumpkin patch this year.. :-( Have a wonderful weekend, my friend! ((hugs)), Teresa :-)
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely day out, the store looked like a fun walk around. There isn't a pumpkin patch locally but we had lots of fun looking at the photos our daughters sent when they took the children.

ReplyDeleteThere were lots of pumpkins in the fields at Baumans when I went out there today. So pretty even though its been cloudy all day. Some rain. Now I need ice cream as we ate at Fazolis...yummy Italian food. Close so we can walk there. Then finish deviled eggs for dinner after ⛪ tomorrow. Looks a good day out with your friends!
