Update

Just a really quick update for all of you who have been praying for me and thinking of me. The doctor called and said that the "likely malignant mass" is most likely benign! Great news! The not so great news is that I have to have ANOTHER specialized colonoscopy with a different surgeon who will remove the mass and have it re-tested. Apparently it will be a very involved surgery that takes a different specialist. And, oh goody, I get to drink that lovely cocktail once again. I'm waiting for a call from the scheduler.

Thank you so much for thinking of me and praying for me. I'm a firm believer in prayer and I'm absolutely positive that is the reason it is now called benign.

I'll be back soon with knitting news. Love to you all.

Blessings and huge hugs,

Betsy

  2. Praise God for the good news about this! Sorry about the not so good news of having to go through another test like that. I know how miserable that stuff is, and I wish you didn't have to do it again, however, it's best to take care of this issue now and not allow it time to grow bigger or become "bad". God's timing is perfect, and He knew you needed to get it taken care of, so praise God for that!! I will be keeping you in my prayers as you go through this next step. God is with you!!!

  6. So glad to hear that things are probably benign for you. Praying that things continue to go well for you. I love your attitude. I will probably have a colonoscopy coming up in my future....since I had my gallbladder out, I am sick almost every day. Will have to find out what is going on. Glad you're back safely from your trip and praying you totally well in no time at all. God bless you Betsy and Dennis too and all of your family. I love those stockings you made for your son and his family in London. Take good care.
