From our home to yours....

Merry Christmas!!!!   Yes, we have even more snow!  Six inches more yesterday !
About 20 inches on the ground.
Do think there is enough snow for Santa to land his sleigh?  It IS pretty.  More snow is predicted for today and Christmas Day!
We will definitely have a white Christmas!
I am so thankful for each one of you.  I hope you all have a lovely holiday and cherish the time you spend with family and friends.

"And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, "Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all people. Today in the town of David, a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger. Suddenly a great company of the Heavenly host appeared with the Angel, praising God and saying, "Glory to God in the highest Heaven, and on earth, peace to those on whom His favor rests."
Luke 2:8-14

Merry CHRISTmas!

Blessings,
Betsy

  2. I am so thankful for you dear Betsy, you are a true angel to every one you meet. We are hoping Santa does not need snow to land that sleigh, none here in Florida!

  4. My Dear Betsy.. I am so glad we found each other via our blogs.. they brought us together as real and true friends. Your friendship has enriched my life and that of Dayle, too. He admires you so much for making those mittens for the little children in need. I hope to see you "in real life" soon.

  10. You did have a glorious white Christmas! Thanks for sharing it with us, Betsy. We did not all make it out to Christmas Eve service because three of the five little grand girls have coughs/colds, but we had a lovely quiet celebration at home Christmas day. Today I met with our art group at church and we enjoyed sloshing around paints to shape angels on paper :) I treasure our friendship and love the time we are able to share together. May the Lord continue to bless you as you blow and [shovel :(] snow, and stitch and love your family, friends, and those around you. xx
